OUT WITH GRANDPA AND GRANDMA TODAY

What a beautiful day today...Bob and I went golfing in the afternoon and then went home a took a much needed cat nap. Then we drove over to Patti and Tim's house to pick up Cassidy for a few hours. We took her over to a friend of mine from work, their power was out so Bob looked to see if he could do anything for them.
We then went to Applebee's for supper to celebrate Bob's birthday, Cassidy was so good the whole time and everyone that sees her comments on how good natured she is and how beautiful she is with those big blue eyes. I took some pictures at Applebees and then I took one when we got back to Patti and Tim's house, she was excited to see her Mom and Dad. In one of the pictures Cassidy is giving her Mom a nice hug.

She is just about 10 months old now and she loves to sit on her little bike, in one of the pictures she was sharing her food with her kitty, and in two of the pictures she was trying to wake up Uncle Josh who was sleeping on their couch. When stepping on his hand didn't work she tried to put her keys in his hand...nothing worked and she got bored trying.

FATHER'S DAY

Happy Fathers Day to my wonderful Dad, Jerry Bartlett!!
I have been blessed with an amazing father, he has been my rock and prayer warrior for 52 years. He has never yelled or used foul language my entire life, to me he is the salt of the earth. Him and my Mom (who passed away 6 years ago), raised all five of us kids to know and love the Lord. He not only "talks the talk", he has "walked the walk" for 76 years.
I'm the luckiest girl in the world to have him for my Dad :-)

DOBIE LOVES POPSICLES

We just found out that Dobie loves popsicle's. I bought some the other day and when ever Bob gets one out to eat Dobie goes crazy!! Just the sound of the wrapper will wake him up out of a sound sleep. Here is a picture of him eating one of his own popsicles...crazy dog :-) . Check out the tail waging!!

Tim's mom, Nancy (Cassidy's other grandma), painted this picture of Cassidy. She lives in Florida and only see's the pictures I put on here of Cassidy. I thought she did an amazing job...I took the picture with my cell phone, I will try and get one with my camera later.

GETTING TOO BIG, TOO FAST!!!

Cassidy Joi is getting so big lately, she can pull herself up to a standing position by the furniture now. She eats most table foods, and says...Hi, Momma, and Dadda. She will be 10 months old this month!! Here are a couple pictures of her, one is of her standing, one is of her and Grandpa, and one is of her next to her Dad's chair and he's giving her pieces of his sloppy joe (that's her kitty next to her).
