HAPPY BIRTHDAY BOB!!!

Mr. Gallup is 60 years old today, wow how time flies!! Bob is the first of his 7 siblings to live to be 60, other than his younger sister and brother. The other 4 siblings died before the age of 60 from heart attacks, their mom died at the age of 45 from heart failure, Bob was only 15 :-( . His dad however lived to be 81 and I hope Bob will take after him :-).
Bob and I have shared 33 wonderful years together and I feel very blessed to have him as my husband and best friend!!

WEIGHT WATCHERS PROGRESS

Most people who know me know that I have been doing Weight Watchers for the last 7 months. I'm half way to my goal now, I've lost 31 pounds and I have 29 pounds more to go. Here is my before picture and my most recent picture, when I reach my goal weight I will post a picture.
For those of you who like cake, here is a really neat, low cal way to make it.
One box any flavor cake mix
One can (12oz.) diet coke ( or other diet soda)
Two egg whites
Mix all together and bake according to directions on box.
You can't taste the difference and its delicious!!

FAMILY FUN AT THE ZOO

We went to the zoo today with Cassidy, Patti, Rob, Aunt Mary, Christi & her friend Danielle. Shortly after we got there they issued a severe weather watch so all the big animals had to be put inside. We still saw plenty of animals and Cassidy loved every minute of it, she especially loved the petting zoo!!
Just as we finished the petting zoo the storm hit and we all had to go into a building until it subsided, it was very fun day!!!!!
