HALLOWEEN WITH A SICK GIRL :-(

This week has been just a nasty one. I got sick last Saturday, went to the Dr. on Monday who said I had bronchitis and put me on an antibiotic, found out Cassidy and Patti had the same thing. We put Cassidy in her costume on Tuesday and went to Rogers Plaza Mall to trick or treat since it was raining. We could tell she didn't feel good and was running a temp. and coughing terribly so we took her to Spectrum Urgent Care. They said she had an upper respiratory infection and gave them meds for her, she is usually always happy and smiling but she was just miserable by the time we got her home and to bed. Today is Friday and Patti said that Cassidy is starting to feel alot better :-).
Then I ended up at Spectrum on Thursday night, I was not getting any better and in fact I was getting much worse. The Dr. said that the antibiotic I was on wasn't doing anything for the infection, so on top of the bronchitis getting worse I now had Whooping Cough to go along with it. They gave a shot of predizone and some new meds along with a breathing treatment. Its now 24 hours later and I feel somewhat better but not 100% yet. I hope we are getting past it now, I felt so bad for Cassidy because she was just miserable :-(.
I did carve a pumpkin for her last week, I used on of those new artificial ones that Micheal's had. It was really easy to carve and you didn't have the mess of cleaning it out, I just put a small string of Christmas lights inside to light it up. She can save it to put out with her new one I'll do for her next year.
I did manage to take some cute pictures of her in her Dalmatian costume, she look so cute!!! Hope everyone had a great weekend.
